I am Catherine the creator of the Academy, and I am here to help you transform your body, your life and get you competition-ready.

I am an experienced competitor and have won awards myself, so I am best positioned to help you go to the next level.

With over 20 years’ experience working in the field of sports, nutrition and fitness in Europe and Canada, I have the knowledge, the education and the practical experience to train and guide you through the process.

I will help sculpt your body to look exceptional for the bikini competition stage. You will get there with healthy good nutrition and not by starving you on an extremely low calorie diet.
